About Nancy

Born in Chicago. My family moved to Florida in my teen years. I have always had a passion in helping others. I spend over 20 years in the customer service field. It wasn't until I was laid-off that I decided to become a personal trainer to help others reach their fitness goals. Along this process, I realized that I had a desire to motivate, inspire, and empower others to live the life they were meant to live. I was inspiring "coaching" people when I decided to add life coaching to my toolbox. I believe knowledge is power. The more you know the better. Now I can serve my clients not only with the physical part of their fitness journey but with Holistic Nutrition. I am an empowerment lifestyle coach, nutrition coach, & spiritual coach.
