I just want to thank everyone for being there, and I hope you all got something from it. It's always wonderful to do these journeys, it feeds me in some deep way. I am always delighted to hear about people'e experiences so if you want to post here, i will be delighted to read it. But it's also fine not to share.
I will be more relaxed next time now that I know what is involved and how to do it. I would definitely like to do another one so if you missed this one -- fear not! There will be more! Mikaya
Hi Mikaya, First off, thank you for offering this on the network! It was amazing and if that was you less relaxed, I can't even imagine how much more profound the shamanic journeys will be with you more relaxed!
That said, I was immediately pulled to a red rock canyon type area, however. I remember thinking to myself "how cool...im in Arizona!" and I knew the place like I had been there before but I have not been to Arizona in this lifetime yet.

Dear Mikaya Many many thanks to you for sharing this journey - it was so lovely! I truly enjoyed the energy, and really loved seeing YOU! I have to say, my guide is a Yeti - has been since I was a little girl - and Michelle sent me a picture of her back yard a while back and I saw him in the picture - which prompted us to have a discussion about it - and then, he just popped right in to this journey, and it was just like being with a long lost friend.
Beautiful, the drumming, the singing, the authenticity of it - absolutely beautiful! I am hooked.
Ironically, I do not know the significance of having a Yeti as my guide, but he has been around since I was 8 or 9. I always called him my abominable snow man... I didn't know what he truly was until I was in my late 20's.
Yeti, that's very cool! Is s/he related to the Sasquatch?
My advice about the way our guides appear to us is don't think too hard about what the image means. It may well say more about our cultural belief system and the cultural archetypes than anything else. What is important with all images that appear to us is to FEEL what they are for you. Feel their presence, feel their meaning, feel what they want to communicate, and with guides, feel the sense of guidance. Also, different guides may come to us in different forms at different times in our lives.
I'm so glad you both enjoyed it. Did either of you pick up a stone in the guided vizualisation?

Yeti is the Tibetan version of Sasquatch. So I guess they would be cousins? LOL... I connect to the Yeti more because that is what I had read about as a young adult after having experienced the "abominable snowman" as my imaginary friend for years as a child. I was reading something which I think was in National Geographic about the Yeti and the belief that it's fur changes in the seasons going completely white in the winter to resemble an "abominable snowman"! And I knew that was my friend! Because he (definitely male energy) would show up around mid October and his fur would be mottled with highlights of brown red and gold... and then when the snow would come he would change to become all white... in the spring he would change once more to a softer brown, and he would be gone by the end of May.
I always felt safe, and fearless, and curious and comforted when he was with me. And I never questioned that his presence was something special. In the summer time, there are no yeti for me, but there are many bunnies whose fur is often a similar color to the yeti's in the spring. I sometimes think that he comes back in the summer months in the guise of a small rabbit to keep an eye on me... because I never see them at the same time!
I did not pick up a stone during the journey... :/
I am grateful to have reconnected with a long lost friend!
Sometimes people get stones and sometimes they don't . . .
Michelle do you have or know a stone like that in real life?
Stones hold incredible power. The world of stones is so different from our world, and yet the places where we interact can be very very amazing.
Loonwitch, I have been told that Sasquatch mostly operate in another dimension, and that is the reason why we rarely see them, because when they enter another dimension, they disappear (to us). But they can be in this dimension we know so well. They can move easily from one to the other. Apparently, they don't think much of us humans and would prefer not to get to know most of us. So you are pretty privileged! They can also make us feel certain emotions. If they want to get rid of us they will make us feel fear. And they can read our thoughts, so if we are thinking about seeing them and then what we tell all our friends, they will make really sure we don't see them! There is a woman in Oregon who regularly communicates with them, i will see if I can remember her name but you might be able to google her.
I do not think i have a stone like this, in the physical plane anyway! I think it was a piece of the canyon, but the facets were not jagged. They were smooth and weathered.

That makes sense. Do you have intentions to visit somewhere like Arizona? I'm gonna be there next week, near Sedona. That has got to be one of the most awesome places (and I have been a lot of places!)

WOW - That is pretty cool... this is now the 5th time that Oregon has been mentioned to me in less than 1 month - I am going to have to plan a workation out there so I can see why it keeps coming up... LOL
I always felt special whenever he was around me. And gratefully, I never felt fear from him. Thank you for sharing your insight and wisdom Mikaya!

I have never "seen" my guide, but I hear them. They're in that moment of hesitation before choosing a Path. It's that moment we forget The Four Agreements and allow ourselves to be our own judge, and thus our own victim. It's a sense of knowing I'm never truly alone-I have always believed my Guide was Michael the Archangel. He puts the fire in my spit (lol) There are so many groups I'd like to join, as my studies are varied, but I'm not up to that tutorial yet-working at it Namaste mia
