Do you ever just feel out of whack? Of course you do! In fact humans are the only species on the planet that are out of balance and it has to do with the energy that we emit, all other life takes energy in. But that's another discussion for another time or class! I have created a blog on my website landing page with some simple tips that I use, you can see it on my Expert Page. I wanted to know what you guys have found to be successful, whether it be a food or meditation or anything really. I love sharing this stuff because the elements are everything and by using them, we know them and we can master manifestation in this way and who doesn't want that!

Hi Sam -
Your post has perfect timing, as I have been feeling out of whack all this week. As for the reason, I am totally unsure, since things are really going well in my life right now and I am beyond super happy - I have chalked it up to my energy adjusting to the colder weather (since I haven;t been around weather this cool in awhile). I'm thinking that my body and spirit is adjusting energetically to the new surroundings and hoping it will shift soon. 

The general feeling that I am experiencing is an undertone of "the blues". I'm heading on over to your page right now to check out your tips and give em a test drive!!!!

I will surely report back my experiences - Namaste' and thanks again for sharing!!

What a great blog post - and so grateful that it is able to be read here on the SGN! I agree with you about balancing those energies. I too feel out of whack when I take on too much... which (or should I say witch) this time of year is the time that most often happens. I would like to be everywhere all the time doing everything that I have the opportunity to do. When I put that kind of pressure on myself, my financial abundance gets out of whack. And I tend to work with the element of air during those times so that I am reminded and inspired to do something fun. When I go with the flow, I find that the abundance on every level flows with me.
